ZERO STARS. Paid her $2600 retainer for my son’s divorce. Amy was the most caring person in the world til she got our money. We had ONE court date, and she flew in last minute and was more interested in talking to everyone at the courthouse. No meeting before to even know what our plan was. Only ONE meeting since then. She doesn’t return phone calls or emails. Has only advised us to “be nice” to the soon to be ex. She promised she wouldn’t “nickel & dime us to death” and would advise when we were low on funds. Amy Blackwell was phenomenal to work with in securing an order to obtain full custody and get my daughter’s passport. She made herself available right away to meet with me and actively listened to my legal needs. Before I left her office, we had a game plan for how to accomplish our goals.
