I tried to make an appointment for my son, And the lady I was speaking to over the phone said my child has to be under 18 which I told her he is under 18 but hes considered “too old” for this place and I would have to go somewhere else. He’s under 18 and she said “they take kids under the age of 18”. I didn’t get her name but I guess my under age child is too old for this location. On her website it clearly states Cares for “All ages”
Dr. Crissman, is a very upbeat, Knowledgeable Doctor, my family and I really appreciate her and her colleagues there and Texas Children as a whole has been a blessing for us.
