This comment is unrelated to Dr. Amy. The doctor is an exceptional and compassionate individual who consistently exceeds her professional responsibilities. I awarded one star due to the secretary’s negligence, which resulted in me being left in the waiting area for an hour and thirty minutes without any check-in. Although the doctor expressed an apology, I believe the secretary should have taken the initiative to contact me.
