Called back on time. Nurse completed initial questions & tests in a professional manner. I waited less than 5 minutes for the Dr. she pleasantly informed me of what she was doing & communicated that my healing was doing really well. She gave verbal directions to continue following the medication schedule that I received post-op. She finished by asking if I had any questions.
