Both my 91 year old mother and I go to Dr. Forren. She listens and take the time with you. Dr.Forren is very knowledgeable of issues you bring to her that you might be experiencing. She follows up with tests and Michelle her nurse work together to make your visit a great experience. I wouldn’t change my doctor.

I've been a patient with Dr. Forren for some time now. She has great "office side" manner. I know she listens, when I'm talking. Although I moved West Ashley in 2014, and the office moved further away, I am still willing to drive the distant. I know a primary care practice is busy, but I have never felt rushed.
Very knowledgable but very friendly. We've been seeing her for around 5 yrs and we will never change doctors. The staff also is very good, tries to do whatever they can. EXCELLENT DOCTOR AND OFFICE!!!
Dr Amy Forren is a very thorough, yet very pleasant doctor. She has a positive personality which shows in her care of you. She really cares about her patients and listens, yes, actually listens to what you have to say. We work together to keep me in great health! I'd reccomend her to anyone who wants a smart yet kind doctor.
I am new to Summerville from NY. My first visit to Dr. was a good one, I was very impressed with her staff and the time she took with me. It was after that when I developed a server problem causing me extreme pain and numbness in both feet. After following x-Rays Physical Therapyit became worse. went for an MRI. Called for results and Dr. Forren wouldn't even speak to me,to the Dr. NEVER Needed something for pain, had to wait 1 day to get it, as I was told Dr. was to busy that day to take care
Dr Forren always has time to listen and works with you in a caring and compassionate way. She never makes you feel like you are bothering her; and always follows up to see how you are doing. Her bedside manner is outstanding and we are so happy that she is so close by.
I went to see her because a number of my friends love her and recommend her highly. This was not my experience. The friends that I mention are a typical weight; I am not. When attempting to address this, she scoffed at the exercise choices I was making and really only seemed to believe that running was the solution. I despise running. If this were my only choice, I would never exercise. I simply stopped going to see her even though there are some real issues I need to address.
