I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bruner. She’s the kind of doctor who actually listens & not in a rushed, “I’ve got 10 minutes” way, but in a real, thoughtful way where you feel heard and understood. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, but also just really kind and grounded, which makes a huge difference when you’re trying to figure out health stuff that’s not always straightforward. UPDATE (6/5/26): I received a past due bill notice--which is even more frustrating given that no one returned my call to pay this bill when I made the call--A MONTH AGO. The fact that you cannot pay via online portal is absurd. While Dr. Bruner was incredibly friendly and helpful while I was in the office, she had little to no follow through with anything she said she would do after our appointment. While Dr. Bruner was incredibly friendly and helpful while I was in the office, she had little to no follow through with anything she said she would do after our appointment. I had to repeatedly request for her to send in the lab orders for the labs she wanted to run. Additionally, she did not inform me prior to our appointment that she was no longer taking my insurance (which my insurance company still said she was taking), which led to me getting a surprise bill nearly 2 years after the appointment.
