I contacted Amy 5 days (including 2 non business days) before our insurance was to end. I had navigated the healthcare.gov system and decided that I wanted to change my health care option so decided to find a broker to help navigate it. Amy was wonderful in helping my wife and I figure out plan options within the parameters and information I gave her. She was professional, communicative, friendly, kind and efficient! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend her if you need a broker to help navigate this crazy medical insurance system!
