A few years ago, Amy helped me find a great home in Iowa City that was right within my budget, in good shape, and in a good neighborhood. Amy just finished helping me sell that same house after basically a single week on the market. Always polite, accommodating, and more than happy to help navigate the complexities of buying and selling a home. I can't recommend Amy enough! Such a shame she can't be my realtor when I move to another state.

Amy helped us get our first home 11 years ago. She then understood the assignment of finding our dream home this year. We were not considering the move quite yet with s newborn, but she made it so easy and efficient. Amy worked diligently to find the right buyers for our previous home. She is amazing to work with for buying and selling. Amy's meticulous planning and communication is top tier. We were moving from Des Moines to Cedar Rapids. I contacted Amy and she was more than helpful. We were able to schedule a day to look at houses. She had 10 set up and a time frame for each. She was transparent and told us what she thought about each property. If we need help again I will definitely contact her!!
