I entrusted this provider with my care as an ER follow up after a severe ankle injury involving a fracture and significant soft tissue damage involving to sprained ligaments. She simply ordered repeat x-rays (which did not mention any fracture) and only did a minimal physical exam around the fracture. NO care plan, prescription for anti-inflammatories, physical therapy ordered, soft tissue imaging...NOTHING. Only a recommendation to come back and waste my time again in 3 weeks.
