Amy was awesome! She showed my husband and I several different neighborhoods and the types of houses in each. Being from out of state, she knew about areas that would work best for our family. It was really important to us to have someone who knows this area well. She even gave us tips of things to see in the next town over while we were in town checking everything out. Amy helped us with our home valuation last year. She compared our house to others the county used in its assessment. She pointed out where our house was above average for the neighborhood and where deferred maintenance could lower our value. She could tell us info for lot size, age, and anything else we needed. I would trust Amy to handle my real estate needs.
