Called on a referral from Northwest Eye Surgeons, very frustrating pasted to multiple people just to make an appointment. Not very nice folks, I understand everyone has a bad day, but it was such a negative experience from the initial call that I went else where.
Dr Bastien changed my life. I came to this practice looking for a new glasses prescription. I have minor scarring on my right eye; not serious enough to be a safety issue, but enough to take a little of the sharpness and clarity out of life. Lasik wasn't an option due to the nature of the scarring. Dr Bastien suggested I try a new type of contact lens: a fluid filled dome that would vault over my cornea and "fill in" the depression caused the scarring.
