Amy was really extraordinary in evaluating and helping my mom during her long visit to Trinity geriatric health. She was able to make my mom feel very comfortable, respected, and heard. I was extremely grateful and impressed. It is rarely easy to navigate health care conversations with Alzheimer's/dementia patients, but Amy did a fantastic job.
