We have been going to Dr. Klein since my child, who is now 8 was born. She is always so attentive, engaging, and provides great medical care with sound parental advice. I have even transferred some of her advice to family members who have appreciated it. We will miss Dr. Klein and her the Phoenixville team when we move.
Uncaring, condescending, and overall not suited to speak to parents with sick children. Love the practice, would rather go to urgent care then see her. I can’t believe Penn employs her after seeing similar experiences to mine!
Wow, I’m at a loss for words about the experience we just had with Dr.Klein. Our first time seeing her in the practice and it will be our last. I’m not sure why she chose pediatrics. I myself am a healthcare professional and I’ve meet some rude docs but she took top prize. Uncaring and unprofessional

Started off well with Dr Klein (pre-pandemic). Always made sure I asked to be booked with her to ensure my child would have the same, hopefully positive experience, while creating a relationship with their doctor. Lately, Dr Klein seems condescending to put it mildly, and at times, just annoyed by our visits. So much so that she thought she was "repeating" herself, with frustration until she read her notes and realized it was her first time making those recommendations.
