Sad to see Harpstrite’s work ethic decline over the last few years. After 13 years I finally had to make a change for my children. She refused to see my son for no reason during this flu season. We are finally with a pediatrician who knows how to put the patient first. Dr. Harpstrite allows her receptionists/nurses to bring their babies to work. I can be understanding but not when it comprises attention to patients. Please be aware. Aloha
My son almost died because of her. She never listed to me and made me feel like i was imagining things. I ended up taking him to kapiolani, where they treated him for rsv. And found that he had tracheomalacia. She kept telling me he had milk in his nose and kept sending me home. I insisted something was wrong. She insisted not. The doctors at kapiolani informed me that I waited anymore days my son would have died.
