I have worked with Amy a few times now. The first time was her as the listing agent on one of my borrowers properties and most recently, she just helped a friend/client of mine sell their family home and buy their new one. Amy is one of my favorite Real Estate Agents to work with as a Loan Officer with 20 years experience. She is as professional as they come, she looks out for her clients best interest throughout the home buying process and is one of the strongest communicators I have ever worked with. Any time I have the opportunity, I refer everyone I can to Amy and her team.
It was extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional that the sellers, with the full involvement of their agent, turned off all utilities before the agreed possession date. I took possession Saturday to find the home without power or water- despite having already transferred the accounts to my name. This behavior created avoidable stress and shows a lack of basic courtesy on the part of both the seller and listing agent.
She is a very trust worthy realtor.
