Dr McCoy completely changed the numbers in her office notes to completely disregard my very serious symptoms and then got mad when I mentioned it to UF Health. According to my new doctor, by Dr McCoy completely disregarding my symptoms (and then completely lying in her notes about my numbers) it could have led to severe health problems affecting the heart, brain, and kidneys, including heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, and vision loss. Based on Doctor McCoy's ratings, I decided to choose her as a primary care physician. I also was having issues with my sinuses for about a year and wanted to get some information on how to clear that up. Unfortunately, our visit was so short she did not ask questions about my medical history. She simply only addressed my sinuses she looked at my nose and my ears and my throat and stated , Usually if the sinuses appear pale looking that's a sign of allergies.. Dr McCoy is kind, prompt, and professional. I enjoy seeing her for my doctor visits.
My xrays from my neck- Straightening of the cervical lordosis. Mild intervertebral disc height loss. Small multilevel endplate osteophytes. Mild facet arthrosis at a few levels, more pronounced on the right. Is what I'm dealing with and this dr had the audacity to tell me to make a virtual visit to go over the reults just to laugh in my face n tell me she couldn't help me over a virtual visit. Absolutely the worst dr I've ever worked with in all of my 40 yrs. Do not go here.
