I had a brief yet unfortunate experience with one Mr. Garrett Lines after placing an offer on a home he was selling. Aside from the ridiculous counter offer, with all concessions removed, his behavior was not that of a professional. I was informed that both my realtor and my chosen MLO had received calls from him where he expressed that he did not think that they knew what they were doing, and was trying to compare numbers of closings. Amy helped us to sell our home in Chandler. We were able to sell the house in reasonable time in spite of the rough market conditions. She helped us to do the necessary vitals changes that the house needed to sell. Garrett also pitched in. I give 5 stars for her services. Highly recommended.
