Amy helped us to sell our home in Chandler. We were able to sell the house in reasonable time in spite of the rough market conditions. She helped us to do the necessary vitals changes that the house needed to sell. Garrett also pitched in. I give 5 stars for her services. Highly recommended.

Amy and Garrett were extremely helpful and professional. I'm a Realtor and we were selling and buying while being out of state. Amy and Garrett really stepped up! They held Opens and were wonderful with referrals when we needed interior work done, also opening up and helping to manage the contractors. They let us know if they saw anything that needed taking care of-keeping in mind we were out of state, and often took care of things themselves. They made the entire process as seemless as it could be. I highly recommend them!
We purchased our home about 4 years ago from Garrett and Amy. However, this was a long process. Our kids were getting older and we wanted them to have their own bedrooms so we wanted a bigger house. We had many criteria that our house needed fulfill....swimming pool, 5 bedrooms, big backyard, close to kids' schools. We ended up backing out of a house that we placed a deposit on due to COVID.
