I had a brief yet unfortunate experience with one Mr. Garrett Lines after placing an offer on a home he was selling. Aside from the ridiculous counter offer, with all concessions removed, his behavior was not that of a professional. I was informed that both my realtor and my chosen MLO had received calls from him where he expressed that he did not think that they knew what they were doing, and was trying to compare numbers of closings.
