Went in with a prescription slip for glasses. Seemed fine enough. Ordered the glasses, they said they'd call me in a week when they came in. Had been over a week, so I called first. Man on the phone shuffled through the arrivals. "Oh, they're here. But wait... The prescription on the left lens is wrong. We have to send these back." When I finally got them, the blue light filter I paid extra for chipped off immediately. The lenses also have other durability issues too. Scratches INSIDE the lens I cannot get to. The best place for all your eyes need I have been a patient there for over 15 yeas I always get the best service I will recommend this place to any one, it's make me feels like part of the family
Dr. Treski and her office were awesome. The secretary (sorry I forgot her name) was cordial, patient, and helpful. She got me in earlier than scheduled in short notice (my glasses broke). Dr. Treski was thorough and explained everything she was doing politely and with a smile. Allen, the optician provided excellent customer service and was very very helpful. Worst experience on my life. Got my eye appointment done on March 27 and was told the glasses would be ready by April 8. Two weeks later they are still cutting the lenses. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
I took my son for his first eye exam today. Dr. Treski was patient and explained everything in detail. She even explained the imaging of his eye! After his eye examination he required glasses. They were very helpful during the picking out glasses process. He took over and hour to choose glasses and they stayed with him the whole time patiently helping him with his decision. I would highly recommend this eye dr and eye glass store.
