I had an incredibly disappointing experience with NP Amy Simpson-Waid during my elderly Mother's scheduled appointment. NP, Amy Simpson saved my life. Amy and her nurse Davina worked together, going (way) above and beyond, ensuring I got the care that was desperately needed. I could write a book of goodness and compassion they selflessly give to our community, but sometimes, a “thank you,” is enough. Diagnosis was probable blood clot. Tests for this were performed. The following day these results were negative. Unknown to me ,the patient, she ordered an antibiotic and untrasound the Day of my visit. I feel strongly that I should have been informed.
