Don't understand the complaints, Dr. Kopp has always been friendly, competent and willing to listen to patients in the years I've gone to her and she has a huge number of patients to see.
Dr. Kopp doesn't rush you. She answers your questions positively and with options for treatments. Dr. Kopp has always been a caring & well meaning doctor to me. Friendly and respectful, and informative. Truly an asset to her profession.
If I could give a zero, I would. Unprofessional, failure in communication. One would think with all the new ways to communicate their would be no excuses to fail. Apparently, you should call everyday and make sure you log your calls so they don't blame the patient for their failure to communicate.
Dr Kopp always treats my family with respect. She is very attentive to meesages and concerns. We can't understand why anyone would give such negative reviews. We have been seeing her for 10+ years.
