These guys sent us to Douglas Nelson of Cascade Builders of WI. We had no choice and quickly found out this guy doesn't know anything about construction from what we can tell. He doesn't know how to create a budget or contract. He didn't know the wisconsin building codes nor did he want to do anything but sit and collect money. He is a certified builder of Amwood Homes in Janesville and they too put the screws to us many times. We didn't know going in that we would not be Amwood's customer but would be Dougs.
