Easily one of the worst decisions I have ever made was using this company to rent out my property. Not only are they rude, but they will literally lie to you and then ignore you completely cutting you off. They were not my first choice go to from the beginning, I’ve heard stories about them but against my better judgment I still decide to go with them. Trust me stay away from them it will save you a headache.
I’ve never seen a more unprofessional company in my life. My father paid April’s rent, and for 4 months they harassed him saying they never got it, and kept increasing the amount owed. He had to pay $30 to Western Union to get proof that they cashed the money order, when they could have just called their bank and inquired about the money order number.
