This guy knows cars. Seriously. And he knows how to put himself in the shoes of the customer and simply do what is best for the customer. My scenario was one where I was considering doing an expensive suspension conversion on a Land Rover. He provided a very fair estimate on the phone, but pointed out various common series mechanical issues my vehicle has at that age and mileage, and that an extensive suspension upgrade just might not make financial sense.
