This place was recommended. I purchased a plastic cover for my 1996 Prowler and when I called to pick it up they went out of business and said they didn't sell me anything. Fortunately I put in a dispute with my bank.
Today July 10th 2019 I bought my second new trailer from them was very happy with the complete proces , thank you Sean Trade in value was very fair and higher then I expected. After 3 years of the worst experiences ever in RV maintenance and repair dealing with Mike Thompson RV, I have found the Cream of The Crop of RV repair facilities and personnel who work there, within Ventura County, CA. Stay away. Place is more like a chop shop than a reputable business. The products on their lot are neither cared for, assembled properly or set up at all for any sort of display. You would assume a lot of risk buying a product from this place. The individual(s) “working” there are more interested in dismantling or repairing cars than helping folks buy a trailer or taking care of their inventory.
