I ordered a protective glass piece for a unique lamp I inherited from my deceased relative. Amusespot sent me the wrong piece, and I have made several attempts to call and email them, but have not received even the courtesy of a reply.
I placed an order online for 4 pasta bowls. They wrote me that they only had 3. Then I got 3 bowls that were cereal bowls. I sent them an email and called, and they demanded that I send pictures. I did. Even the packing slip said soup bowls, which did not match the cereal bowls in the package and did not match pasta bowls that I ordered. The company had the nerve to demand that they first receive their bad shipment back before refunding my money. It was on me to wrap their bad shipment back up and take it to UPS.
