I placed an order online for 4 pasta bowls. They wrote me that they only had 3. Then I got 3 bowls that were cereal bowls. I sent them an email and called, and they demanded that I send pictures. I did. Even the packing slip said soup bowls, which did not match the cereal bowls in the package and did not match pasta bowls that I ordered. Good experience overall. Although, I had ordered the same item in two separate orders! It wasn’t apparent though that the first one had gone through. Watch out. Anyway, it got rectified promptly, and my one item is on its way. Good price. Happy so far.
