The owner is not a kind person. I live near their shop in Washoe Valley, and recently sent them this message: "Greetings neighbor! I live [near] the old gas station you acquired. I'm glad to see you cleaning it up and putting it to good use. Your new sign is beautiful, but is it possible for you to turn down the lights on it at night? Whoever is driving around in their truck is a menace and needs to surrender their license. Tailgated me in the right lane on hwy 80, attempted to pass me on the right using an exit lane, then made moves to run me out of my lane when he realized he was running out of road. Any company that hires people with such clear lack of emotional response should be avoided at all costs
Very disappointed that I ordered caps for my beams last fall and they still don’t know when they can install them! They’re more interested in putting new roofs on rather than repairs.
More than shocked at the poor quality of workmanship for sure, but even more important, by Chris Amundson's incredibly disrespectful and rude behavior. Having been called out to fix a major leak just 5 years after installing a new roof on my Tahoe Keys home, I received nothing but excuses and an attitude.
