Amazing customer service, Jamie was extremely helpful with my issue. I had purchased a billet flywheel from GoPowerSports that is from ARC and GoPowerSports would not allow me to return it for the correct part. These people were kind enough to let me send it to them and they exchanged it for the correct flywheel that I needed for my set up. Above and beyond kindness, my new go to for anything I need for my minibike! Thank you guys for all your help assistance and expertise!
Ordered a engine and a bunch of parts. All went smoothly, except I didn’t receive any of the specs or torque specs for the engine. Only received the packing list of my parts. A little disappointed in arc. Was my first time ordering from them. It clearly states on their website that it comes with the engine as you can see in the photo.
