I had what I thought was a good conversation with one of their attorneys and then he ghosted me. It's been a month and a half with 4 emails and 3 phone calls and zero replies. I even reached out to the general contact at their Brookfield office asking to be connected with someone else. Again, zero reply. I'd recommend finding alternate representation.
