I have never had a bad experience with the platform staff. They have always been helpful and accommodating. I have not used the drive thru or tellers.

I am compelled to share a deeply concerning encounter with Marcel, the Assistant Manager at AmTrust Bank, which starkly contradicts the professional standards one would expect.
