I cannot thank the team at the Coral Springs Flagstar Bank enough for their incredible kindness! They recently helped my grandfather and I during a very difficult time in our lives. DonnaMarie and her wonderful colleague Terrica were exceptionally sweet, patient, and compassionate. They turned a stressful situation into a comforting experience. Another One Star Review for this location. Goal was to renew an IRA CD (Wife's). The Client Consulatant asked if we wanted to open a Checking Account that offered many benefits. I said NO, Of note, this offer was been presented to me on multiple Occasions. Each time, I politely declined. On this visit, the Client Consultant was presistant on the offer.
