This is the most unprofessional insurance company I have ever dealt with. Claims adjusters don’t respond to email, phone or text. Even MANAGERS don’t respond to email, phone or text unless you send them a few emails back to back which will then prompt a reply with no help. If you ever have a claim I would be prepared for a long journey where your vehicle sits and nothing is done about it while you steadily lose income and stuck paying expenses on an inoperable truck. Total Scam. They keep you in a constant loop with any kind of help or solution. Hour to get anyone on the phone just to give you a BS answer. Unless you want to sign up. All sorts of one liners to convince you to join. Don't do it.
