After dealing with them for almost 30 days, they still havent sent anyone to come troubleshoot our elevator. I was told by Jose, "were doing everything we can to get someone there this week." Next conversation, "unfortunately we cant send someone out until end of next week." Finally he told me that basically he didnt know when a maintenance person will be able to come look at our elevator. This how they treat their potential customers. Suggest you dont waste your time with Amtech.
