American Home Shield sent Amtec out to our new house for an oven repair. The initial call for a service request was December 28th, 2020. It is now March 17th, 2021 and we still don't have a workable over, although Amtec has been out here on four separate occasions. The first two visits were with a technician that spoke very little English and never took a screw driver out of his belongings. First of all I have asked AHS to never assign this company to me but guess what, they did anyway! One star because they did call to set up a date and time for repairs. The operator speaking in a very thick accent and the phone kept cutting out made the conversation very difficult. I asked her to not send a repairman that is Russian because the last repairman they sent said he was Russian and was very rude and condescending while in my home.
