STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. We were forced to use Amtec through our home warranty company. It was a bad experience from the first phone call. Every office worker I spoke to, believe two or three, had an attitude. The technicIan who came to the house to diagnose the issue didn’t read the ticket and took apart the entire appliance (clothes dryer) without knowing what he was supposed to do. The absolute worst do not use ! They will destroy your home and not repair anything. American Home Shield sent this contractor to repair my dishwasher and refrigerator and 4 months later I'm still fighting to have the dishwasher and refrigerator repaired.
