I found Amtec through Lending Tree. They gave me a good rate, and all their employees seemed very capable individuals who exerted a lot of extra to make sure everything went well. Then three things went wrong -- none was a deal killer, but I would think hard about going with them again. 1) They didn't seem to talk to each other.
