Worst company ever to deal with -total scam - waste of money -would not even send someone to assess the damage to my table. Do not purchase insurance from them. Ashley furniture should be Ashamed to sell this for them

So I purchased a couch from Ashley Home Store furniture two years ago as well at the platinum ultra premium plan. There was structural damage to the side of the couch. Someone leaned on the wood and broke. The workers at Ashley Home Store were confident that I would be helped by AMT warranty. When we called they said they do not cover structural damage. they could not take over a month to even make a decision and then concoct some bogus taxes not covered on gap insurance. This insurance didn't save me a dime and in the end ended up costing us almost 1,000.00 when it's all said and done. Would have been cheaper to just never had bought it in the first place.
Not scam people who purchased a warranty and then never answer their phones.
CROOKS!! HAVE A VALID CONTRACT PURCHASED THRU HHGREGG, AND HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE IN A WEEK AFTER SUPPOSEDLY CREATING A LOGIN IN ON THEIR WEBSITE, WHICH HAS NOW CHANGED AND IS TELLING ME I HAVE NO CONTRACT WITH THEM!! CONSUMERS AND DEALERS BEWARE!!!!!!!
