It’s been over 4 months and they still haven’t paid the GAP on our car that was a total loss , we have a charge off on our credit and can’t get a loan for another car!!!! They won’t even return my calls🤬🤬🤬

Such a waste of money!!! Denied a claim on a zipper being broke after a year old. I can cut the couch with a knife and they will replace it but not a zipper!!
