I lived there 2023-2024 I wouldnt recomend. Was told brand new oven and dishwashers both broke before we had been there for 2 weeks put in MULITPLE work orders over the course of the year even tried emailing them and talking to the people in the office. They did nothing and never fixed it. The mainince guy would see us outside and would say didnt forget about you but never came. I have only been here three months and had high hopes, but I quickly learned what many residents warned me about, that the management cannot be trusted. My dishwasher is nasty and rusted inside, my kitchen sink is clogged where a disposal used to be, my doors and frames have wide cracks in them and I spent 2 months without a working AC. Despite all this I stayed because it is quiet, close to my job and my neighbors are very friendly. Stayed there for over a year and was okay. Moved out 2/5/24. Asked if I could get a refund for my rent because I was charged $790 for the month of February but I moved out on the 5th. Told them they could keep the deposits I made. Spoke with the lady would works in the office currently, not Amy. She told me she would refund it. Waited and waited, nothing happened.
