our roof was about 20 years old and starting to show its age so we started looking around for someone to handle a replacement. got a few quotes and RGZ came in at a good price. what made us go with them was how clear they were about the materials and timeline. once we said yes they got us on the schedule pretty fast. the crew was there for about three days total and they stayed focused the whole tiem. end result looks great from the ground and from the ladder when i went up to check it out

RGZ replaced our entire roof, full tear-off of the old asphalt shingles and new architectural shingles put down. The old roof had like maybe one or two layers already on it depending on the section, so tearing all of that off was a bigger job than I think I realized going in. They stripped everything down to the decking and actually replaced some boards along the north side that were soft - they flagged those for me and I told them to go ahead. The new shingles are a charcoal color which my daughter keeps telling me is borin... read more

Had this persistent leak in the upstairs hallway that I kept patching with buckets every time it rained in Barrington this spring. RGZ tracked it down to some flashing that had pulled away, which i never would have found on my own. Took them maybe half a day to sort it out. Haven’t seen a drop since April so I’m cautiously optimistic!

We moved to Inverness like 2 years ago and the roof on the house was clearly past its prime. RGZ came out and the thing that stuck with me was how the foreman kept pointing stuff out to me without being pushy about it. Just matter of fact. Ended up getting the whole thing replaced and my gutters don't overflow anymore which is nice!
