I have been there 3 times in 1 month because they didn't do what I asked for, you wasted all your time to visit and they never listen to you because they want to do their own thing, I will not consider this as my primary clinic, I have bad experiences for the first 3 visits in 1 month, the first one was west 17th street and the second one was Amsterdam Avenue, I only recommended a clinic that do what you ask for and not to confuse you.
This place is terrible to get an annual visit. The doctors will not do a full blood panel and do what they “deem necessary”. You will have to argue with them to get more lab testing. Please find a better place and shame on the doctors here.
