Literally the worst. Tells me over the phone I’ll get my prescription, then never replies to pharmacy refill requests? Never received my prescription after being told it would be ready in 1-2 business days? Never have answered my pharmacy’s calls, don’t expect them to. After personally calling numerous times, I finally discover I need an appointment in order to renew a medication I’ve been on for 10 years. Apparently I need an appt every 3 months. Appointment cancelled on the same day, refused to fit me in at any other earlier time could only offer a different doctor which my health insurance would not cover, DO NOT GO!
It's been close to 10n years since I was a part of the Amsterdam Family Health Center. I've been attempting to get a PCP at many different Hospitals in the Bronx to no avail.. I would love to return to Dr. Lurio. Please help..
