The staff is very unprofessional and rude. My family, friends and I will never use them. The horror in this establishment is unreal! Veterinarians are there to help and heal our animals and make euthanization an easier process, this staff is so unprofessional and find everything to be of a funny matter.
The staff at Amsterdam Animal Hospital are GREAT! The office staff, the vet techs & assistants, they all really care about your animals. Caring for pets is their #1 priority.
Just want to thank the staff for squeezing Rex in, although he was scared, the staff went above and beyond to make him comfortable, their consideration and caring was much appreciated
I have been with this vet for the past 20yrs. They have always been very pleasant. Dr Beck is a very smart and knowledgeable vet. Would recommend to anyone looking to establish a vet.:)
We just had to have our cat "Baby" put down today due to several issues following a trauma injury he received a month ago. I just want to thank the staff for being so amazing during this trying time. You gave us options and explained everything up front and allowed us to stay with Baby until the end so that he could pass while being surrounded by his family who loved him greatly. I don't have the words to express our deepest gratitude.
