The staff were all very rude and unhelpful. The girl that took our order did not say anything to us other than the total, she never told us where to get our drinks, this being our first time here. Then she rolled her eyes when we asked for paper trays to split the popcorn for our kids. Then the young man seeing our tickets was playing on his phone and completely ignored us until we walked passed him after waiting for almost 60 seconds straight as we stared at his phone. The price was great, the customer service was excellent, and the movie was wonderful
Took my daughter to the movies. She loves to see the trailers before the movie starts however, cannot see it can only hear the audio. That was disappointing. Also, I only had cash and it’s not accepted at this movie Theater. Couldn’t purchase her drinks, popcorn candy this makes no sense whatsoever. You save a few labor dollars but you missed out on a bunch of money. I’m sure I’m not the only one.
