Vague estimates and descriptions, they didn t bother to show up the day they were scheduled to begin work (didn t even call to say they weren t able to come out, they just didn t show. My mother had to call and ASK if they were coming out that day), left 11 foot sections of the trunk in our yard (after it was agreed that they would be left in four-foot sections for easy removal), left their personal trash in our yard, did not reconnect our hose after they disconnected it for whatever reason, trampl... read more
