My experience at this Amscot branch was horrible and so unprofessional. Both reps. Tanasia Gordon and Jomarie Vazquez have no patience for the elderly. I asked them too many questions about their loan process and how check clearance works and both ladies just got aggressive attitudes with me like I was wasting their time. We asked them to give us change for $100. They said no. They said we look like bad people. First time I ever heard that. We actually do wonderful things in the world. Probably won't go back here. Maybe they are bad people.

My experience at Amscot was not good. I went in at 2 PM for a notary appointment, but I was told no notary would be available until 8 AM Monday, even though the website says seven days a week. The incorrect information was frustrating and a waste of time.
