The customer service there is horrible. Very sarcastic and they don’t know how to work under pressure. Crazy! Over 30 minutes to buy a money order and the person treat you like you are trash. All I said was : Excuseme, for money order ? And the person said: what?? You need to wait with a very sarcastic tone and face… I’ve never experienced something like that in customer service in Miami. Never again! I attached a picture of the person.
