We had this company take over from a previous management company and let me tell you. Not the same. They are awful at communication. Texting is obviously their preferred method of business. Seems only one person knows what’s going on and she takes sometimes 2 days to respond. If you leave a message you won’t get called back. If you finally do get in touch with someone they will ignore what you are saying completely and talk over you till you just give up. I’m so happy to not renew my lease with them. Rachel was very easy to talk to at the front desk! Very polite!
Rented in a house for a little over a year under them. It was very easy going, always answered any questions I had, and got things done quickly!
