Matt Amsberry is the one best CPAS I have ever had. He has gone out of his way numerous times to make sure I'm completely satisfied with his services. He also is very personable!! Amsberry and Associates ROCKS!!! Tim Hartman...a client for close to 10 years!
Matt Amsberry is a great guy and we have used his services for many years. However, over the last two years it has been like pulling teeth to simply have him return phone calls or e mails. It is now early OCT 2014 and we can not get a hold of him to submit our 2013 tax return. This is after some significant difficulty last year. We have given Matt more than ample opportunity to get this done with literally dozens of e mails, voicemails on his phone, and even leaving messages on his partners' phones.
