BEWARE ... This is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. I brought my RAM 2500 Diesel in for a DPF cleaning because I turned off my car during a DPF regeneration and caused a check engine light to come on and subsequent regenerations would not work. In trying to explain the situation to the front desk... they committed that they are not mechanics and that the specialist will hook up the machine and do as instructed.
