I am a first-time customer of Pie-Barker and EXTREMELY satisfied. The sales rep was Chris and he was amazing. Chris and his partner were the technicians and they obviously care about the customers and are very knowledgeable. Daniel has been very helpful as well with scheduling a couple of service upgrades - he always replies to my emails and is very organized and professional. Had an alarm at my home it had been sometime and totally forgot our passcode… The woman on the end of the phone couldn’t tell me anything and said she had to end the call… but say to me to call the office it’s 11 at night …A few minutes later my husband phones rings and she asked him the same question …. I recently had a disappointing experience with Pie Barker Alarm Co. They charge a quarterly fee for monitoring services, but when I needed them the most, I discovered that my alarm didn’t have a signal. Despite paying for continuous monitoring, it seems like they don’t actually ensure that the system is working properly. AFTER BEING WITH THEM FOR NEARLY 9 YEARS, I AM DONE! i guess being bought by a large conglomerate makes the employees not care any more. This is certainly my experience just now. I added another building to open up to my existing business. I wanted glass breaks on all the window for the new place. I called beginning of last week to get this scheduled.
