What started out as just a summer job became what I look forward to each summer. This will be my 4th year with AMS and I absolutely love it! I would highly recommend this job and company to everyone!
I am exceptionally proud to be working my third year for AMS. This company grows leaders and encourages the development of useful life skills such as interpersonal relations, a strong work ethic, and numerous real work experiences. The big AMS values of safety and honesty make it a head above all others and I'm already looking forward to coming back again after this summer.
This is my 4th year with AMS (!!!) and I'm still saying that AMS is one of the best decisions I've ever made. It was my first job and it has provided me so many opportunities to grow as a leader. And I've met so many incredible friends along the way. This company goes beyond just training the best lifeguards; they really care about their staff and cultivate strong leaders in doing so while also making the job fun!
This company has taught me more than I ever could have thought. From responsibility to friendship, AMS has truly made me find the best version of myself, and strive to be that every day.
This will be my third season with AMS, and I've loved every minute of it. From the start, they do everything that they can to make sure that their employees are equipped for success, and offer plenty of opportunities to gain leadership skills. Additionally, I've made some of my closest friends through this job. AMS really does everything possible to make sure that this job is one that leaves you with both important life skills and some really great memories.
I love working for AMS!! I have gained awesome leadership skills while working alongside great people. I have made lifelong friends from my summers working, playing volleyball, and competing in LGO!
Ams pools is a wonderful company to work for! Their management and staff work above and beyond the standard to provide the best and most well trained lifeguards as well as establishing amazing relationships with the contractors and the families that use the pool. AMS has taught me valuable life lessons that I will use in the future. There is no better company in the business.
